I first wanted to say thank you so much for listening to my podcast and allowing me to be a part of your life. 

I wanted to create a podcast that merged personal and business because when you're creating a personal brand you can’t help but have the two worlds collide. Plus, life is a struggle in itself so why not talk about it?

So why, REAL AF?

I want it to become a space where you can expect nothing but the truth, the real, the ugly, and everything in between. So much of the online space is so polished and put together that it’s hard to NOT feel like you are the only one struggling with the same shit you are. As a society, we need to talk more about the REAL shit, so that we can help each other get thru it.
